Technology Services Management
Responsibility:
? Facilitate new and existing projects transition from onshore to delivery centers
? Consultancy on IT infrastructure for building robust setup with reduce costs for projects
? L3 escalation point for any IT Services
? Client interactions for IT infrastructure support and facilitation
? Project transition across facilities
? Service reporting / review with the identified leads of the business group
? Responsible for RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) evaluation with businesses on major outages within delivery centers
? Managing BCP( business continuity planning) for engagements for IT infra perspective
? Key role played in driving certifications like ISO 20K, SAS 70 etc.
? Running CRP (cost reductions planning) initiatives and reporting to business leadership
? Instrumental in various initiatives and implemented best practices for Offshore Delivery Centre
? Driving CSAT(Customer satisfaction) actionable across projects
? Focus on the DCN center Network technology design & operation related work
? Develop and implement detailed Network technology designs, budgets of mmaterials for new facilities and/or facility expansions
? Resolve detailed technical Network operational issues and other network connectivity issues that have been escalated to the network team; Diagnose and resolve the LAN/WAN/Firewall problem in a timely fashion, including being on call during non-office hour in case of network emergency that may arise. These emergencies may require coordinating and close working with Telecom vendor, equipment vendor, GNOC (Global Network Operation Center). Issue/problem must be addressed timely with resolution to ensure 99.9% uptime of the network
? Handle network related Change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling
? Work with GNOC or other global function teams for network global/regional policy, architecture, standard deployment
? Help clients by providing technical consulting services. Give recommendation or bring forward technical solution upon specific requirements from project or clients
