Job description:
1. Provide accurate and effective sales statistics to the sales team and management on a monthly basis
2. Process orders according to agents/customers' requirement
3. Import & export sample handling
4. Support stocktaking for consignment at customers/agents' inventory
5. Act as an effective backup in Customer Service team in emergency
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in a multinational company
2. University/college degree. Prefer science and engineering major or international business/commerce, logistics
3. Good computer skills including knowledge about Access, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP operational experience is desired
4. Foreign trade knowledge
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
6. Self-reliance, accuracy, team work spirit, proactiveness, detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
