职位描述：
MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能：
Make sure all the electronic system, such as telephone can run smoothly.保证电话等弱电系统可靠运作。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 责任概要：
Assist the AV Supervisor finish daily task, so that the electronic system can run trustworthily.
协助弱电督导完成每天工作分派，确保电子系统可靠运作，以及消防设备安全。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务：
Ensure the telephone system run normally.确保电话系统运作正常。
1. Maintain host system regularly every week.每周定期维护主机系统。
 Check the storage battery everyday.每天检查蓄电池后备电源。
 Monthly check telephony trunk connections test, insure charge system work normally.每月检查中继线测试，确保计费系统正常。
 Check every telephone lines and make sure the sound is in focus.查找各路电话线路，保证声响清晰。
 2. Ensure the closed circuit TV are in focus.确保闭路电视图像清晰。
Check the broadcasting quality of every channel everyday. 每天检查各频道播出质量。
Pay attention to the received signal of every custom room.注意所有客房接收信号。
Pay attention to the office clean and check everything wiring.每月注意机房设备清洁及检查各接线连接可靠。
3. Ensure the fire fight system run smoothly.确保消防系统可靠运作。
 Examine demarcation screen of fire fight everyday. 每天检测消防分控屏。
Check the fire fight constant pressure system is normal or not every day.每天检查消防恒压系统压力是否正常。
Check fire fight Alarm Systems and urgent broadcast system every month.每月检查消防报警装置及紧急广播系统。
Check smoke exhausting system monthly and make a record.每月检查排烟系统，并作测试记录。
Test each smoke detector every two years.各烟感探头要每两年测试一次。
Operate and test the fire fight constant pressure water pump every week.对消防恒压水泵每周轮换运转及测试记录。
Check for any hidden fire danger and rectify it in time.对危险之火警隐患要及时发现及整改。
Assist to prepare all the event and supply suitable stereo and audiovisual equipments.协助完成酒店所有宴会活动，提供可靠合适的音响及视听设备。

－ Familiar with electronic equipments

－ Have satellites aerial manage experience
   有卫星天线管理经验
－ Have the knowledge of PABX
   懂程控交换机系统
－ Have basic knowledge of stereo system.
   有音响系统的基本知识

Language 语言能力： － Standard Chinese普通话
Education教育： － Above high or technical school 高中、职高、中专毕业
Job License 资格／等级证：
－ Above five years experience of electronics, two years in the
   hotel.有两年以上弱电专业工作经验
－ Radio specially certificate 无线电专科证书
－ Specialist training certificate 专科培训证书
