职位描述：
Responsibility:
- In line with global commercial target & choice and brand strategy to develop key account channel strategy
- Closely cooperate with key account sales to define joint business plan for each key account to help clients achieve higher performance.
- Responsible for the Trade Marketing Calendar to develop detail channel plan
- Link TM investment, including staff incentive with business result at account level
- Track in-store execution progress to make sure excellent execution, ie. Assortment, Location, Visibility, Facing, etc.
- Work closely with internal Visual Merchandise/Project team to identify channel key opportunities
- Budget control and measurement on ROI.

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree with marketing or business related background;
- Around 2 years’ key account management experience in sales function;
- At least 3 years’ trade marketing experience and would seek trade marketing as future career;
- FMCG or retail background is preferred;
- Good knowledge and understanding of brand management that he/she will closed work with brand managers to define the right strategy of various brand for different key accounts;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in order to conduct the better communication with key accounts;
- Excellent presentation skills that he/she will share the trade marketing plan with clinets together with sales;
- Smart, open-minded, team plan, willing to adapt quickly to the business model.
