职位描述：
工作内容：
1. 负责制冷润滑油产品的开发、配方研究、工艺参数研究工作
2. 与销售配合搜集市场/客户需求、分析产品信息，并据此开发相应的制冷润滑油产品
3. 实施新产品开发和原有产品的技术更新，负责产品开发的项目管理
4. 与公司内部相关部门保持良好合作、为外部客户提供技术支持和服务
5. 进行技术文件的制定、改进和管理工作

岗位要求：
1. 熟悉各种基础油及常用添加剂的性能和特点，精通各种润滑油测试方法，有较深的配方开发经验
2. 硕士及硕士以上学历，化工、材料、应用化学、摩擦等专业
3. 5年以上工作经历，三年以上研发经历，一定的项目管理经验；也考虑优秀的应届毕业生加入
4. 沟通能力和团队合作意识强
5. 了解制冷系统，熟悉制冷润滑油的开发过程者优先
6. 摩擦学研究背景优先

薪酬待遇：
