1. 参与抗体药物的制剂开发，分析解决出现的问题，及时整理汇报研究进展；

2. 参与抗体药物制剂工艺开发及相容性研究；

3. 参与项目IND申报材料的准备；

4. 负责制剂操作间及相关研究设备的清洁维护；

5. 上级分配的其它工作。

职位要求：

1. 药学、生命科学、药物分析学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，要求2年以上抗体药物的研发经验；

2. 掌握抗体类药物的基本结构，及时跟进新上市抗体制剂的研究进展及发展趋势；

3. 具有至少两种制剂研究设备的使用经验，包括：DLS、DSC/DSF、FTIR/CD、AUC、MFI及HPLC等；

4. 具备独立思考能力，能主动分析解决实验中出现的问题；

5. 具有良好的敬业精神及较强的团队合作精神，对工作认真负责，具备一定的抗压能力；

6. 具有抗体药物制剂开发及蛋白结构解析经验者优先。

To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
