职位描述：
工作职责(Roles& Responsibilities)：
1.负责客户售前售后技术支持及销售人员的售前售后的技术辅助；
2.负责客户软件安装与调试；
3.负责客户的现场培训及现场答疑；
4.负责客户售前售后的技术问题答疑、处理及维护；
5.协助公司各部门工作，排除相关技术障碍。
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 了解MS SQL Server存储过程的开发和调试；
3. 具有良好的表达能力，能够准确地阐述公司既有的解决方案；
4. 熟悉计算机硬件及周边外设，动手能力强；
5. 熟悉基础计算机网络架构及简单网络设备配置；
6. 熟悉HelpDesk工作流程,对客户服务有较好的理解；
7. 具有餐饮业技术支持经验者佳。
