Major Responsibilities
? Practice Building
？ Supporting practice growth through assisting with new business proposals and presentations
？ Conceptualizing methodology and developing standardized delivery templates
？ Maintaining delivery repository for new and existing work product and practice aides
？ Supporting the development of thought leadership
? Client Delivery
？ Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities
？ Defining and implementing new finance management strategies, governance model, organization structure, processes, capabilities and enabling technologies, in both accounting and controlling space
？ Delivering trainings, communication, workshops, and impact analysis to support change management activities
？ Delivering program management activities to ensure that measurable results are achieved and benefits are realized
？ Supporting Client relationship management
? People Development
？ Coaching and mentoring junior team members
？ Managing team morale


Qualifications and Requirements
? Ability to meet travel requirements
? Bachelor's degree with a statistics/finance or business major from top tier academic institution preferred
? Minimum 5 years of full-time consulting work experiences, in the areas including (not exhaustive): finance strategy, FSSC, group control, investment risk management
? SAP, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills are required
? Strong communication and analytical skills in both Chinese and English
