职位描述：
岗位职责：
§ Providing computer system installation/rebuild (hardware/software);
电脑软硬件系统安装和重建
§ Resolving operating system and software(office/outlook/IP phone, etc.) problem;
处理操作系统和软件系统的相关问题（如办公软件/邮件/IP 电话等）
§ Resolving hardware issues, VPN issue and network connectivity issues;
处理硬件、VPN 、网络连接问题
§ Setting and deployment for all company computers, printers and other ancillary equipment;
公司全部计算机、打印机及其他附属设备的定型、调配工作；
§ Maintenance of company network system and IP address, like design/ installation/ debugging for network extension or reconstruction;
公司网络系统、IP地址的维护管理工作，网络系统扩建改建的设计、安装、调试工作；
§ Support on company monitoring/ alarm system;
公司监控系统、报警系统的技术负责；
§ Manage and maintain computer, server, computer, printer and network (hardware/software);
服务器、计算机、打印机、网络系统、公司小型机和所有服务器硬件、软件的管理、维护工作；
§ Be Responsible for email system, company website, internet security and special lines maintenance
邮件系统管理、公司网站管理和上网安全管理，公司所有专线的管理；
§ Information maintenance and access authorization for new employee
新员工信息维护及授权
§ Providing IT orientation to end users;
为公司内部用户提供IT培训
§ Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
领导交办的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：

§ Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Management etc. field
本科学历，计算机/IT/信息管理相关专业
§ At least 1-3 years‘ working experience of IT helpdesk area or IT infrastructure maintenance area;
至少1-3年IT技术支持或IT设施维护经验
§ Experience in identifying problems and determining resolution to issues on PC and associated hardware and software;
拥有电脑及相关软硬件问题排查、解决的经验
§ Good knowledge in Microsoft windows platform;
熟悉微软平台
§ Good knowledge in networking/ IP telephony, etc.;
掌握网络/IP电话等相关知识
§ Good communication skill;
良好的沟通能力
§ Fast learner and self-motivator;
学习能力强，有自主性
§ Warm, outgoing personality. Good Team-work experience;
热心、开朗的性格，良好的团队意识
§ automotive industry is preferable
有汽车行业经验优先考虑

Alfmeier was founded in Germany in the 1960s, devoted to developing the valve and fuel system technology. The Company achieved steady increase in sales and profits and gained a good reputation in the European automotive industry.

Since its inception, Alfmeier Prazision AG has been headquartered in the town of Weisenburg, Bavaria, Germany, aiming to build Alfmeier as a top-ranking auto parts manufacturer in the world. And the nearby Treuchtlingen factory has also adopted the modern testing and engineering facilities to develop the most advanced products and processes.

Alfmeier established a representative office in Shanghai, China, in 2005. The Shanghai representative office was transformed into a trading company in 2007. Since Alfmeier found that it has good business prospects in China, the Company decided to transform the trading company into a manufacturing company. Therefore, Alfmeier set up its first production line in Jinqiao Import and Export Processing Zone, Pudong District, Shanghi in October, 2010. However, due to the explosive growth of businesses in 2012, small scale production cannot meet order demands from customers. Therefore, Alfmeier moved its plant from Pudong District to Qingpu District, establishing a new plant with a gross area of 4,000㎡which was formally set up and put into use in March, 2012. The company develop injection business in the second plant in 2016. With the rapid increase of the production output of the Company, Alfmeier’s all in-service employees have amounted to over 500 in 2020.
