JOB SUMMARY:
As a member in the logistics Team, this position shall assist the logistics Manager and the team in the daily work and in key customer order delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Order handling responsibility for appointed Key Accounts Crem International AB, Crem Spain, and other CDP
Delivery follow-up, fulfill customer's oder ON TIME IN FULL
Customer service
1 Be the contact person for export customers, responsible for daily order handling,
2 Coordinate with planning, buyer and warehouse for delivery and logistics arrangements,
3 Actively strive to improve our customer service level and our order handling workflow,
4 Keep record in system and offer right documentation according the requirment of departments,
5 Together with the other team members administrate and develop operation activity,
6 other task assigned by line manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Bachelor degree or above, Major in Trade,Logistics,English
2 Working experience within export, sales and customer service would be a plus
3 Chinese (Mandarin): Native
4 English: Fluent
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Accurate, organized and able to take initiative and proactively solve problems
2 Sales and Service oriented
3 Excellent communication skills and team work attitude
4 Computer skills: Microsoft Office, excel
5 Familiar with ERP and CRM systems
