Overall Job Description
The Supply and Demand Manager is responsible for managing the Supply and Demand for retail, online, and wholesale. The candidate meets inventory, wastage and cost targets, and works closely with the warehouse, cutting and dispatch manager leads in Shanghai (Minhang). He/She is a leader and ensures things are getting done, managing and motivating others to deliver outstanding service and inventory results to support our sales growth. He/She will also be responsible to identify suitable suppliers and backup solutions in collaboration with Management.

Job Description Specifics
? Supply Chain and Inventory Management for Online, Retail and Wholesale including:
    o Forecasting (Experience of ERP, Forecasting, Excel incl. Pivot tables, references, masterdata)
    o Supply Planning and Inventory Management
    o ERP-System usage (SOPs)
    o Warehouse Management
? Design of SOPs for all Processes and Staff
? Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly direction setting with Staff and superiors
? Stringent adherence to Hygiene and Food Safety principles
? Master Data Management (understanding of Masterdata structure and principles)
 
Your Profile:
In addition to Experience with the above-mentioned Job scope we are looking for an individual that fits the organization and mission we are striving to achieve.
? University Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
? 2-3 years of Work experience in Supply and Demand planning
? Work experience in English speaking role is highly preferred
? Structured and solution oriented thinking, good understanding of numbers
? Proactive, Engaged and motivated
? Fluent Mandarin; Good English
? Good communication skills to superiors and direct reports
