负责办公区域的日常事务，包括保洁阿姨的工作安排、日常采购、收发信件、每日巡视环境等行政工作

Accountant
-Managing cash advance
- Monthly rental billing
- Payments application
备用金的管理、每月租金付款通知、各类付款申请等

Customer Relationship
- Communicating with the tenants, provide service and management(Checking in /out, daily management)
- Communicating with landlord
与租户和业主保持良好的沟通，具有管理及服务意识（租客的入住／迁出等）

Marketing
- Introduce ONAIR to potential investors and tenants
向潜在投资者和租户介绍ONAIR品牌

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，形象气质佳，必要时基础的英语沟通；
2、较强的服务意识，熟练使用电脑办公软件及办公设备；
3、能主动积极接待客人，有一定的应变能力；
4、对工作有强烈的责任心，具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神。
