职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze the quality and improve the process to reduce the scrap rate 质量分析和过程改进减少报废率
Training the staff to follow the working instruction 指导员工遵守工作手册要求
Trial-produce the new production or localization the raw material 新产品试制以及原材料国产化
Analyze the raw material to modify the recipe to improve the quality 分析原材料调整配方以促进质量改进

Requirements:
Worked in polymer field more than 3 years , epoxy resin field is preferential 在聚合物领域至少有三年的相关经验，环氧树脂领域有经验者优先
Familiar with vacuum casting or APG technologies 熟悉真空浇注或者自动压力凝胶技术
Familiar with casting mold and know the essential structure of the mold熟悉浇注工艺了解模具的结构
Proficient English in speak and write 英语听说读写流利
Familiar with mechanical drawing 熟悉机械制图
