职位描述：
Job Summary:
Mainly responsible for project controlling work including project baseline setup, and project progress, spending and risks following up, and scope and change management, and all kinds of project management analysis and report preparation, and assisting the Project Manager to formulate the necessary corrective actions, from proposal to close out.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up the project correctly based on project baseline, resources planning, all company guidelines and accounting requirement
2. Fully understand project scope and follow up the project progress in terms of schedule, cost and resources in house and on site, and provide feedback to project team and project manager for any deviation, variance and risks, and help to analyze root causes and develop corrective plans.
3. Identify and control changes through PCN, ECN and FCN process, and communicate with customer or contractors for new changes and verify the changes.
4. Work together with Finance Department to handle the project charging code and process correctly.
5. Help project manager to follow up the risk items.
6. Prepare all kinds of project management analysis and report (Cost, Critical Path, EV, Cash Flow forecast, resources planning, change log, etc.)
7. Travels for China projects required.
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering related
Skills & Personal Attributes: 1. 5 years or more experience on the same position, well know the international project controlling system, tools, procedures and work process.
2. Good skills on MS Office tools including MS Project
3. Good Project Management knowledge, PMP certified
4. Good English skills both in oral and verbal
