职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
主要职责
1. Monitor company’s Assets Risk related to cars and leasing services, including risks related to selling of used cars (residual value), car maintenance and repair, tyres.
监控公司车辆和租赁服务相关的资产风险，包括旧车处置的风险（残值），车辆维修保养和轮胎
2. Contribute to company’s financial monitoring : activity follow-ups, financial reportings and forecasts/budget build-up.
负责公司财务分析，经营活动分析；财务报告，测算/预算的编制
3. Perform Assets Risk and Financial analysis : data crunching and treatment, process and costs structure investigations, external used car market investigations and data collection, residual value projections, analysis of indicators, recommendations and actions.
执行资产风险控制和财务分析：数据处理，过程和成本结构调查，外部二手车市场调查和数据收集，剩余价值预测，指标分析，建议和行动
4. Maintain and improve overall Assets Risk infrastructures and contribute to reinforce Financial infrastructure : policies, processes, data controls and reliability, automatic and streamlined reportings, build-up statistical formulas (with HO support), local committees with operational departments, meetings with Region and Head Office.
维护和完善总体资产风险系统并加强财务基础系统：政策，流程，数据控制和可靠性，自动化和精简报告，建立统计公式（在总部的支持下），与运营部门建立本地专业委员会，参与区域和总部的会议。
5. Other contributions : support business opportunities, Assets Risk training to local team, participate to Assets Risk seminar in HO.
其他贡献：支持业务机会，对于本地团队关于资产风险的培训，参与总部的资产风险研讨会。

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:
任职资格，技能 和 经验
Undergraduate or more, preferably with an engineering, statistics or finance degree.
大学本科以上学历，工程、统计或财务专业的优先考虑
Prior working experience of 2 years or more is preferable.
2年的相关工作经验的优先
Expert in Excel. Good level for any other tools (VBA, access…etc) and statistical competences are a plus.
精通EXCEL， 若其他工具水平良好（VBA， ACCESS等）以及有统计能力更好
Advanced level in English with professional use.
能熟练使用英语进行专业的沟通
Comfortable with working in an international environment.
