Job Objectives:
The Business development executive needs to generate revenue as expected and manage his accounts and coordinate all his accounts,moves to ensure the quality of services meets and exceeds the business needs and accounts & customers'expectation.
Lines of communication: Reports to Business Development Director
Job Scope:
Make personal contacts with accounts, reinforce the relationship with existing accounts, and selling our service.
Develop relationship with new account and to find out the company's relocation policy
Determine strategy for increasing or maintaining business. Actively seek contract opportunities
Schedule sales calls weekly and report all activities in Database
Primary point of contact and coordinate all internal activities to service the account.
Proactively anticipate problems and provide solutions to the account
Send to the office for any information which require immediate follow-up.
Requirements:
Preferably Chinese nationality or Asian but must have strong china network especially in business development
He or She must be fluent in Mandarin & English. Multilingual & Local Dialects will be an advantage.
Must be a goal achiever & aggressive in looking for new markets and opportunities
Ability to manage a team of corporate executive or account managers
Experience in working for MNC and capable of negotiating for contracts or renewals etc.
Establish good customer relationship and good team work
May need to travel from time to time
