职位描述：
工作职责
       与设计团队以及文案执行，社交媒体实习生一起交流分配每天的工作内容
       管理以及制定Phoceis旗下所有的社交媒体账号的文案发布的具体时间
       每周一次追踪账号的粉丝增加以及流失数量，找出流失原因
       配合文案团队进行文案编辑
       对客户粉丝群体进行市场分析,制定***战略，帮助其在最短时间内获得成效
       每月一次帮助项目经理与客户一起进行项目回顾

任职要求
        中英文流利
        至少有三年社交媒体方面的工作经验
        注重细节，有创造性思维
        愿意表现自己

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
        Coordinate digital content executive(s), social media intern(s) daily tasks and Design team
        Manage posting calendar for all the social accounts owned by Phoceis
        Track and maintain weekly account performance
        Support Editorial team for content optimization
        Analyze audience behavior and recommend strategic actions to improve performance
        Assist Client Services Manager for conducting monthly reviews with clients

YOUR SKILLS & PROFILE
        Native Chinese with excellent English
        At least 3 years experience in Social Media operations (client/agency side)
        Detailed oriented and creative mindset
        Interest for lifestyle topics (premium goods and services)
        Willing to develop Social Media performance and Management skills
