职位描述：
1. Be responsible for daily production management of CR workshop according to BHS plant regulations, process and instructions.
根据公司政策、流程及方针负责瓦楞辊车间的日常生产管理。
2. Be responsible for managing CR production department for schedule 、product quality、people management and 5S in workshop
负责生产部门瓦楞辊生产进度，产品质量，人员安排及现场5S管理
3. Give full play to the subjective initiative to improve the productivity and efficiency.
充分发挥主观能动性以改进生产力和效率。
4. Manage and control the production cost to meet the CR division budget.
管理及控制产品成本以符合瓦楞辊部门预算。
5. Ensure company’s policy of quality, safety are well implemented and follow the result.
确保公司的质量方针，安全政策贯彻执行并跟踪其结果。
6. Control the manufacture process and improve internal NCR.
控制加工过程并改进内部不合格项目。
7. Manage employee labor discipline, 5S work with EHS, communicate with employee to know the situation from them.
管理一线员工纪律，EHS工作，与员工沟通交流知悉真实情况。
8. Organize workers to participate cross training, ensure each position has backup employee.
组织员工参加跨职能培训，确保每个岗位都有后备人选。
9. Cooperate with maintenance department to reduce machine down time;
和维修部门合作以降低机器的停机率。
10. Be responsible for optimizing CR production’s working procedure by system;
系统化优化瓦楞辊生产部门的工作流程。

1. Junior college degree or above;
专科及以上学历。
2. More than 5 years in machining manufacturing industry field and 2+ years of production manager level.
5年以上机械加工行业的工作经验及2年以上的生产管理经验。
3. Simple communication and written in English.
简单英文沟通及书面能力。
4. Good communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧。
5. Good MRP user with TPM skills.
具备全面生产维护技能，熟练使用MRP系统
6. Result and target oriented, able to work under pressure. Proactive, open minded, self-motivated.
   以结果和目标为导向，能承受工作压力，工作积极主动，性格开朗，自我激励。
