Field Sales
Field Sales is one of the functional teams in the Sales Department. Its focus is to deliver our core Brand Value Proposition and Customer Value Proposition in the marketplace through professional distributor and partner management.
Your tasks will include:
Customer Management:
- Build strategic partnership with responsible channel at regional level
- Regional JBP alignment and execution, plan business, keep tracking and review cadence to deliver on targets for responsible channel
- Sell in order management, including the handshake and replenishment process to ensure novelty launch successes
Retail Management:
- In store presence continuous improvement including assortment, shelving, pricing, display and merchandizing to ensure Lego brands outstand competitors
- GTM plan execution at channel and store level including novelty launch, campaign, seasonal activities etc.
- Stock review and management to ensure healthy stock portfolio and stock level
- Store opening/upgrade management. Engage customers and landlords in store level to drive best presence in trade
Internal Collaboration:
- Internal target alignment and break down to regional channel level, regular internal business review and business report development
- Integrate internal resources from marketing and key account team
- Closely work with merchandizing team to ensure in store execution
The Must to Have’s and the Nice to Have’s for the role
You must have:
- 8+ years experience of sales in FMCG, luxury or retail industries, Key Account or Department Store Management is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Skilled in computer office software
It would be nice for you to have:
- Strong collaboration with internal and external partners
- Good financial acumen
- Strong business negotiation/influencing skills
