职位描述：
Personal Assistant

This position requires the ability to provide administrative support to our senior management. Responsibilities will include communicating, scheduling, travel and administrative duties; supporting general office and organization administration.

 

Specific Accountabilities:

1. Produce highly confidential correspondence, including but not limited to letters, memos, contracts, proposals and presentations

2. Perform wide variety of office manager related functions including but not limited to admin duties.

3. Promptly receive and screen incoming calls and emails to Senior Management in a professional manner, providing appropriate responses and delivering messages when necessary

4. Manage Senior Management calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls and special events down to the details of catering, facilitating location and distribution of applicable documents

5. Arrange all travel logistics including but not limited to flight, hotel and car reservations, and provide the appropriate itinerary as required to ensure details are clearly documented

6. Support in creating periodic reports as required from local or corporate headquartered requests

7. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

8. Manage relationships with clients, vendors and service providers
