职位描述：
Mainly Duty:
    The purchaser handles and coordinates all activities with internal and external suppliers. As part of this responsibility he is maintaining the raw material master in the Enterprise Resource Planning System (Movex) and implements relevant parameters for safety stocks, order multiples, etc..
    此职位需要沟通内部外部供应商，参与各种采购活动。主要负责原材料采购系统的维护，并为保障安全库存及订单需要对系统参数进行调整。
    He is working in close cooperation with the other functions of the SEC in order to reduce lead times for finished goods. During the quotation stage the purchaser is a crucial interface between sales and engineering working together with the engineering on forecasting critical materials. In the execution stage there is a close cooperation with the production planning function in order to ensure materials are available in time for planned manufacturing orders.
    与SEC其他相关部门紧密沟通，缩短产成品的生产时间。报价阶段，采购员在销售和工程师之间起到不可忽视的作用，共同做好主要材料的预测。执行阶段，需要与生产计划工程师沟通，确保原材料及时到位。

    The purchaser supports the engineering process and takes care of the implementation of local supply by finding local suppliers and establishing relevant infrastructure. In this function he is having an overview about overall costs and ensures a cost reduction is achieved by the implementation of local supply.
    采购员在工程设计流程中起支持作用，对本地供应商进行考查及建立相关的体系结构。对采购成本控制，在保障生产的情况下降低采购成本。


Qualification 任职资格 :
？ The purchaser has strong communication and negotiation skills with proven experience in purchasing for a project business. 较强的沟通及谈判技巧，有相关项目的采购经验

？ Experience in purchasing function using an Enterprise Resource Planning System 有采购系统应用的经验

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES 具体工作职责

？ Maintenance of raw material master 对原材料采购数据进行维护
？ ERP handling of raw materials 通过ERP系统完成原材料采购各环节
？ Management of suppliers and orders 供应商及订单管理
？ Ensure raw materials are received in time for running production 按生产要求保证原材料及时到位
？ Coordination and forecasts of orders in close cooperation with engineering 与工程师紧密沟通按订单要求进行协调及预测
？ Attendance and take care of action points resulting out of the weekly production meeting 出席及关注每周的产品生产会议
？ Finding local suppliers 寻找本地供应商
？ Price negotiations 价格谈判
