职位描述：
Objectives and responsibilities of the position
Collaborating with Deputy General Manager / General Manager to identify markets & customer needs, manage current and future products, and develop a systematization of the current products development and records. He / She must be capable for holding and collecting large amount of data by using the company’s system.
配合副总经理/总经理，确定市场和客户需求，管理当前和未来开发的新品，系统化管理当前产品信息及开发记录。通过公司的系统保存和收集大量的信息和数据。
The product manager communicates and supervises suppliers / manufactories for the research, quoting, selection, development and Quality Control of new products or improve current ones.
产品经理负责与供应商/制造商之间的沟通和监督新产品开发及产品改良，对新项目的信息搜索、报价、采购和质量进行流程监控。

Responsibilities
1. Constant review and improvement of current products.
定期审阅和改善产品。
2. Create future product lines by analyzing competitor’s products, internal data, market requirements and target prices.
把通过分析竞争对手的产品、内部数据、市场需求和目标价格得来的信息用于新品开发。
3. Overview of the complete sphere of the products including the product itself, packaging or any other elements directly linked to the products.
通过审查产品规格和要求，建议现在和未来产品线的性质和范围; 评估新产品创意和/或产品或包装变化。负责包装信息的优先处理，并确保与采购办公室的包装说明的确认。
4. Obtain supplier / manufactory information about the products manufactory process in order to develop product strategies and improve efficiency.
从供应商/制造商处获取有关产品制造信息，制定产品策略并提高效率。
5. Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating market volume; and take necessary measures for customized orders.
利用市场调查数据确定产品定价；审查生产和销售成本；预测市场价值潜力；花费特殊和定制的订单。
6. Process general product requirements into detailed technical requirements and order specifications. 将产品需求转换为详细的需求和原型
7. Source for new suppliers / manufacturers。
采购和搜寻供应商和工厂。
8. Keep internal system up-to-date with products, pricing and suppliers/manufacturer records.

9. Create and maintain documents such as: 创建和维护文档：
a. Product technical documents 产品技术文件
b. Quotations 报价
c. Quality Control guide books 质量控制手册
d. Report templates. 报告模板
10. Supervise the manufacturing process, set standards and testing, inspection activities, analyze QC results. Execute Corrective Action Plan for future production.
监督生产过程，制定标准和测试，检查生产活动，分析QC结果。执行纠正与改善措施报告。
11. Travel in China.
在中国境内出差。


Authority and delegation
Managing his/her activities in an autonomous manner.? Producing reports for the Deputy General Manager / General Manager and coordinating suppliers/manufactories.
自主积极的管理日常工作，提交报告给副总经理/总经理，组织协调供应商/制造商

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or technical discipline, 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
工程或技术专业本科学历，5-10年相关工作经验。
2. Technical Experience with bicycle, sports or related products / Experience in a sourcing or manufacturing company is a plus.
有自行车、运动或相关产品的技术经验，有采购或制造公司经验者优先。
3. Strong organizational and systematization, analytical, problem solving skills.
具有较强的项目组织和系统化及分析、解决问题的能力。
4. Well-developed communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders of all levels.
良好的沟通、表达和人际交往能力，能够影响和说服各层次的和我们利益相关的人员。
5. Fluent in English writing and oral communication.
流利的英语写作和口语沟通。
