职位描述：
工作职责：

1.参与咨询项目，独立完成指定专业任务。
2.根据项目及客户的要求，提出咨询建议并形成解决方案，保证咨询项目顺利进行。
3.按照公司规定的流程管理咨询项目，保证服务品质及效率。
4.与客户关键人员全程保持沟通，执行长期跟踪服务，管理好客户关系。
5. 上级交代的其他工作

Job descriptions:

1. Participate the consulting project and able to perform the specific tasks independently;
2. Put forward your proposal and make it as a solution according to project and client's requirement, make sure the consulting project could be operated successful;
3. Manage your consulting projects according to company rules, assure your service quality and efficiency;
4. Keep close in touch with the key personnel of your clients, provide timely tracking service to maintain good relationship with your clients;
5. Finish the temp tasks assigned by supervisor.

职位要求：
1. 英语听说读写精通，能够熟练准确的书写英文电子邮件，流畅表达；
2. 本科及以上学历，咨询行业有经验者优先；
3. 拥有2年以上在上海的功过经验；
4. 热爱咨询行业，具备高度的责任感和工作热情；
5. 具备很强的团队管理意识，具备独立并主动解决问题的能力。

Requirements:
1. Fluent English writing and speaking, skilled in email communication.
2. Bachelor degree or above, having consulting work experience is preferred;
3. At least 2 years work experience in Shanghai;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and has to be a good planner and assistant.
5. Having work initiative and problem solving ability.
