职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1.Build up prototypes according to the related requirements (Protoype coordinator, Sample order, drawing, …)
2.Check if the produced samples are according to the requirements (function, dimension, material…)
3.Make all documentation which is necessary to prove that the samples are ok and to record all the necessary information (e.g. riveting parameters, part status…)
4.In case of timing or quality problems, contact the prototype coordinator immediately and inform him about the situation
5.Produce fixtures or tools which are necessary for the production of the prototypes
6.Make sure that all related machines are in good condition and arrange regular maintenance and check.
7.Work on product optimizations together with the prototype coordinator

Job qualifications:
1.Technical Background (e.g. mechanical school, tool making…)
2. 2 years in automobile industry in prototyping background or work in sample workshop
3.Good mechanical understanding
4.Read and understand drawings
5.Basic english knowledge
6.Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook…)
7.Welding
8.Usage of different machines for metal working (Milling, Lathe…)
9.Tool making
