职位描述：
1、向顾客介绍公司课程，根据顾客需求设计课程以及学习计划；
2、通过团队合作, 与同事和学员建立密切的关系，以达成销售和服务目标
3、参加销售培训并做业务陈述，以便为潜在客户设计合适的课程，并按时完成个人目标
4、 保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系，跟进在校学生的学习情况；
5、具备出色的电话沟通技巧以及熟练的网络交流，具有较强的逻辑思考能力，思路清晰有耐心亲和力强；6、参加例会和销售培训，确保完成每日销售报告，制定年度销售目标以及分解；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历
2、1及以上年以上教育培训行业经验客户服务经验
3、具有良好的人际沟通能力，具有团队精神，适应力强；
4、热爱销售，愿意挑战高薪，自信开朗，抗压能力强；
5、具备一定的英语听说能力


Responsibilities:
1. Introduce company courses to potential customers.
2. Work as a team to achieve personal sales targets and build strong relationships with colleagues and students to reach both sales and service objectives set by Director.
3. Attend sales trainings and execute sales presentations in order to design suitable courses for potential customers and achieve individual targets timely.
4. Follow up on sales and ensure our clients are satisfied with service.
5. To implement various sales skills, face-to-face counseling, telephone sales, conferences to inform and secure sales of potential clients.
6.To build relationships with the various international and local schools to recommend overseas camps and classes to new customers to fulfill their diverse education needs.
7. Attend regular meetings and sales trainings and ensure individual completion of Daily Sales Reports

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above
2. Above 1 year or above direct sales experience or customer service work experience
3. Love sales job, willing to challenge the high salary
4. Strong team spirit and good communication skills
5. High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (adapt to flexible working schedule)
6. Have a good English listening and speaking skills
