职位描述：
Position Summary

NYU Shanghai Athletics aims to encourage and support every student to ensure equal access to different sports or any kinds physical activities. The objectives of NYU Shanghai Athletics are Build your Mind & Body, Promote Sportsmanship, and Create Violet Pride. Athletics program requires employees to hold clear and positive understandings towards sports and its role in human being’s development. This position will assist the Athletics Coordinator in different endeavor of sports-related activities and events to ensure smooth operation of the program.
Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:
Assist in liaising with local and international schools and universities to coordinate sports games
Assist in liaising with competitive team coaches and captains
Assist in coordinating internal and external sports games
Assist with coordinating travel and space rental for sports practices and games
Follow competitive sports teams on game days and provide on-site support
Assist in photographing and filming games
Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualification

Required Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in sports related fields preferred.
Required Experience
Experience with administrative and sports management preferred
Experience studying and working in a multicultural environment is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team
Can accept a flexible working schedule, sometimes at night or at weekend
Can be available at least three days a week
Have great interest in sports
Designing skill will be a plus

Working Time
At least 3 days a week for one semester, long-term internship preferred
