1、编写各类日维护文档，巡检报告、故障处理报告等；
2、熟练使用WIN7操作系统、office。
3、判断电脑以及、网络故障、并能及时处理解决。
4、熟悉alcatel程控交换机简单命令、110配线架。
5、能熟练应用“西软酒店管理软件”（3年以上）
6、熟悉安美RCU系统、网络管理软件。
7、熟悉数字调音台、模拟调音台等会议音响设备。
