职位描述:
? Manage vendor relationship, mainly Workbook - an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. (first contact person to vendor, organize and hold status meeting, follow up with on-going developments and issues reporting).
? Communication interface between internal business units and vendor regarding requirements for business process to reporting etc.
? Translate internal requirements to vendor and develop best solutions with vendor
? Define working process in Workbook together with account teams and finance and continuously drive the improvement of process flows
? Drive implementation of new system features, oversee the development and report of progress to management
? Identify and resolve issues raised by users with vendor
? Provide full support to promptly resolve operations issues of Workbook user
? Advise internal staffs on best practices for Project Accounting, Resource Management and Project Planning, continuously follow up with internal teams.
? Plan and conduct Workbook trainings with new employees, define training schedules and update training content as required.
? Drive improvement of Workbook knowledge through the company
? Analyze data quality (job profitability, employee profitability) and client structure in Workbook and follow up with account team and finance
? Provide Workbook Reports to Management for accountability of business team and client revenue health check.
Requirements
? Good communication skills, preferably able to speak and write English.
? Basic project management skill to manage vendor
? Minimum 2 years of account management/project experience in a 4A agency or related field
? Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers,
