职位描述：
Responsibilities

This position requires to manage a team of around 10+ staff, and act as the main contact point with other functional operational team, branch operations, risk management, compliance and audit on risk-related matters. Playing key role to help/drive China T&O team to be a professional and high quality service support team in the bank.

BAU Process/Support
? Lead team to centrally handle ROR, Nostro account recon and GLAO process. Follow up with owner to settle all outstanding items including issue raised through audit/CSA/health-check.
? Lead team to conduct daily data quality checking and follow up with owner to settle exceptional item through built exceptional report to user.
? Lead team to centrally handle Country wide regulatory report and arrange for automation of regulatory report.
? Lead the team to provide support on branch Ops/functional team for Audit/inspection from Internal/external
  
T&O Risk & Compliance Risk control
? Lead team to perform summarization, review and analysis on risk events, risk indicators, audit issues as reported by branch operations.
? Lead team to arrange CSA & UCSA excise for whole China T&O team and provide summary for reporting,
? Lead team to design and conduct risk awareness training to China T&O team and arrange/run monthly risk forum.
? Lead team to work with functional operation team to review current control measures and implement / revise risk control processes
? Lead team to prepare data analysis/trending reports on risk metrics to support management team
? Lead team to initiate operational risk-mitigation measures (preventive / postmortem.
? Lead team to provide guide to branch Ops/functional team on regulatory requirement and follow up with them on the implementation of regulatory requirement and conduct self-check on quality execution.
? Lead team to provide periodical risk report to regional and liaison with regional for the rolling out of regional risk policy.

Quality Assurance on process & project
? Lead team to follow up with various parties on operational change implementation due to new products / new regulatory requirements / new policies / process improvements / audit issues, and conduct subsequent implementation health-check
? Review and revise self-check mechanism on operational process/project
? Prepare self-check plan on quarterly basis and arrange for self-check
? Prepare self-check result and follow up action owner for completion.
? Provide periodical analysis/advice report as per the outcome on the excise of quality assurance to branch Ops/functional team for their making action plan to further improve quality on process/control

Requirements
? Degree holder
? Certification of risk management (e.g. CSM) will be an advantage
? At least 10 years of banking operations (Cash Ops/Trade Ops/Credit Ops) experience
? Knowledge / experience in corporate banking business products
? Experience in training, operational risk assessment, health check execution is preferred
? Project management experience will be definite advantage
? Quick to act
? Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential
? Results-oriented and detail-minded
? Organized and systematic problem solving skills
? Self-motivation, confidence and an enthusiastic nature
? Ability to work independently as well as within a team and with business partners
? Ability to handle multiple priorities
? Able to quickly comprehend China regulatory requirements
