职位描述：
工作职责：
1）参与项目设计前期的沟通会议，了解业主的设计需求；
2）配合项目总监进行方案投标，向业主诠释设计理念；
3）进行商业项目方案设计，与设计团队成员保持顺畅沟通，确保设计各阶段工作按节点顺利推进；
4）确保设计各环节符合公司及业主的设计标准和要求；
5）组织项目会议，及时汇报项目设计推进情况，对设计中出现的问题予以高效解决；
6）在确保设计品质和业主满意的前提下，完成项目设计所有工作使项目顺利结束。

岗位要求：
1）艺术设计、室内设计等相关设计专业本科毕业，6年以上商业项目设计工作经验，
2）有设计天赋和热情，对设计深层次的理解；
2）具有良好的沟通协调能力；
3）工作计划性强且具备在预算和时间节点内合理解决问题的能力；
4）有良好的团队协作精神；
5）可适应出差。
