职位描述：
This position is responsible for all planning and purchase/transfer, analysis production availability and execute corrective actions to complete the plan.

1. Implement common business processes to production planning, include: manage customer orders and forecast, develop planning schedule for production and purchase part.
2. Develop production plan. Balance manpower, material and machine at lowest total cost and highest efficiency.
3. Support manufacturing lean principals by containerization strategies, work place organization and material flow.
4. Monitor and report manufacturing schedule compliance. Review production capacity in detail.
5. Participate on cross-function project teams involved in plant design, value-stream analysis, staffing for new operation.
6. Understand customer’s requirement and trend. Lead sales and production planning meeting.
7. Set and refine system parameter and data on BOM, safety stock levels and scheduling points.
8. Monitor and control inventory and drive the initiatives of Inventory reduction.
9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, 8+ years experiences on production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis
? Supervisory and management experience. Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operations preferred.
? Excellent English, strong PC and systems skilled
? Familiar with SAP; strong analytical and problem solver skills
? Strong planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill
? Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership
? Organized and disciplined.
