环创设计师，装潢装修设计人员

Guidecraft，一家美国幼教行业的知名玩具和家具设计和生产公司，我们急切需要招聘一位建筑工程设计师/项目经理/装潢设计师，工作地为上海分公司。申请者需要有5-8年的建筑CAD图纸绘画经验，优良的英语书写和口语能力，并且具备和客户针对项目进行整体沟通，掌握整体项目流程的项目管理经验。

受聘者将来将会和幼儿园园长，早教中心负责人等教育工作者一起在早教/幼教行业进行空间设计并提供班级，学校教育装备可执行的方案。设计流程和目标遵循国际幼教行业标准。您将和Guidecraft美国以及泰国设计团队一起协作。 教育行业空间设计经验不是必须要求，有饭店空间装潢设计经验的也会考虑。

工作职责：

- 愿意接受教育空间设计培训，愿意听取幼教行业客户的需求
- 愿意接受国际培训，前期需短期出差到国外进行培训
- 爱孩子并愿意通过早教空间设计的来更好的满足孩子的需求
- 具有开放，协作的团队设计精神
- 优良的英文书写，口语表达能力
- 熟练运用 AutoCAD， SketchUp 和Adobe Suite 等软件

Job Description for Shanghai-based Architect

Guidecraft, an American toy and furniture design company specializing in early childhood education (ECE), is in search of a Project Architect/Project Designer/Project Manager to work from our Shanghai office. The applicant must have 5-8 years of experience in architectural CAD drawing as well as experience with construction oversight including the coordination of contractors and consultants during the construction phase of projects.

The person hired will work with preschool owners/operators to create unique designs and solutions within the context of an evolving, global standard for ECE space planning. You will also collaborate with the Guidecraft team including designers in the United States and Asia. While experience in the design of daycares is not required, experience in restaurant and/or retail design will lend itself to this position.

Following are the expectations and job responsibilities for this position:

? Open to being trained in ECE and related concepts to better understand the needs of day care, preschool and kindergarten owners.
? Will need to travel internationally for that training, and to study preschool design.
? A love of children and a desire to commit to meeting their needs through architectural solutions.
? Open, collaborative approach to design

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite required.
