HAY中国目前正处于快速发展期，因新店拓展需要，现诚聘一位直营店铺”副经理“，具体如下：

工作职责：
1.销售服务和员工管理
- 以专业态度向来店各类顾客提供销售接待服务
- 协助店铺经理进行店铺销售招聘、员工培训及相关人员管理工作
2. 订单，仓库管理和其他任务
3. 协助店铺经理进行店面陈列和维护，确保店面整体展示效果和标准符合品牌概念与准则
4. 参与其他店铺运营工作
5. 店铺经理分配的其他相关工作

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，销售相关工作经验，两年以上店铺管理工作经验
2. 掌握产品知识，可向客人全方位推荐家具及配饰产品
3. 沟通协调能力、语言表达能力、分析判断能力、团队领导能力、决策能力、影响能力、全局意识、市场导向、责任心、敬业努力，不计较加班和额外工作
4. 熟悉店铺管理工作，对店铺运营相关环节有足够的管理技能
5. 英文良好，熟悉办公自动化软件操作

As Bestseller grew, new areas were explored and new business opportunities developed. The Nine United family began to evolve.
