岗位职责： Job responsibility:

1.收集供应商信息及文件资料，建立供应商信息库资源；collect suppliers information and documents, set up suppliers information databases;

2.熟悉采购流程，熟悉采购软件系统的操作；be familiar with purchasing process and Yongyou software operation;

3.采购部的各类文件记录、整理、登记和归档；be responsibile for all purchasing department record making,settling、register and filing;

4.采购部的各类报表整理及更新；be responsibile for all purchasing department report filing and updating;

5.采购部的各类文件的翻译；all purchasing department documents translation;

6.开展各类采购的询价、比价、供应商筛选及评价等工作；carry out the purchasing work such as inquiry,price comparison,supplier selection and supplier evaluation;

7.采购单进行跟踪，包括订单制作、到货单、催交货物、请款等；follow up the purchasing order，including making out order,notice of arrival,expediting and application for payment etc.;

8.完成采购部经理或采购人员交办的其他任务。Other assignment from purchasing department manager or other purchaser.

任职要求：requirements:

1.物流、采购、市场营销相关专业本科以上学历；bachelor degree or above,major in logistics,purchasing,marketing or related;

2.具备2年以上相关工作经验；2 years purchasing related Working experience;

3.英语笔译能力熟练，会口语交流更佳；good English skill both in written and oral;

4.具备良好的判断分析能力，工作思路清晰；good analytical skill，clear thinking;

5.具备良好的沟通能力；good communication skill;

6.具备良好的服务意识以及合作意识；good service consciousness and team building spirit;

7.熟练使用office 办公软件；good user of Microsoft office（excel、work and PPT）;

8.工作认真主动积极，具有责任心。Hard working、 proactive and responsible.
