职位描述：
Review and approve samples, such as style,construction, workmanship and quality, measurement to ensure that they meet product specifications;
Provide technical advice and support to factories,customers, merchandising team and technical team
Provide technical control to factories and merchandising team;
Dentify and resolve sample issues such as workmanship and measurements, etc;
Discuss customers’ comments and improvement areas with NY, factories and merchandisers;
Explain customers’ requirements, key points and comments to factories;
Evaluate if there are any safety and functional issues and advice corrective solutions;
Explain customers’ basic requirements and standards to factories;
Provide advice on grading scales/tolerance levels to factories;
Discuss work progress and issues and difficulties encountered with merchandisers;
Create/maintain Create and maintain tracking record, data and communicate status both.
