职位描述：
The Job:
- Helpdesk Administration;
- Resolve common incidents and problems efficiently;
- Server room maintenance and administration;
- Monitor systems backups and communicate/address issues;
- Provide support for server administration, systems installation, upgrades, replacements and troubleshooting;
- Basic Branch Technical Support such PC, LAN, Software installation, systems administration and troubleshooting;
- Protect the network by monitoring applications and overall usage of internet traffic, router traffic, email file size, and other uses of our network;
- Audio/visual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Telecom circuit and router administration and maintenance;
- Provide same day technical support for District operations and address incoming support queries;
- On call for afterhours IS issues including network outage problems;
- Support branch disaster recovery efforts as they occur;
- Leverage and fully optimize existing systems and tools.

The Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree on computer science or equivalent. 2 years' related experience;
- Basic understanding of Windows Server (e.g., Active Directory, Remote Administration), Unix Systems, and EDI protocols
- Software development skill and OOP knowledge (e.g.,VB, C##, PowerShell, Command Line Scripting);
- Strong PC software skills including MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Exchange, SharePoint etc.);
- Barcode and label printing knowledge and experience are preferred;
- Basic PC troubleshooting, maintenance and deployment skills;
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN);
- Good Command of English in Spoken & Written.
