职位描述：
Tolling Operation Specialist (TOS) primarily supports the strategic tolling team with frequent (Daily /weekly) communications with our tolling partners in China.
Her/his role can be (but not limited to),
？ Coordinating with tolling partners for production capacity planning and identify gaps in missing capacity.
？ Coordinating internally with Global supply chain for raw material readiness to meet the production schedule
？ Maintaining and Monitoring the raw materials – finished products balance of each tollers
？ Work with cross-functional team, such as planning, supply chain, logistics, sales, COE, QC., etc. to ensure
on-time delivery and supply-chain capacity.
？ Ability to recognize problem areas quickly and drive necessary and timely actions to minimize issues.
？ Will take direction from the Strategic Sourcing and Tolling manager/director, and be self-sufficient after minimal direction
？ No need frequent travel, but once per quarter to visit each tollers for inventory-check may necessary.
？ Will not be required to set strategic direction, Focus on execution and detailed oriented.
Job Requirement:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above
？ Experiences 1+ year and above in Supply Chain / Planning / CSR / Sales Support etc.,
？ Have an attitude for acquiring skills quickly and effectively
？ Have strong and crisp communication skills ( written and verbal) and ability to build strong
？ English (at least read and write), familiar with tolls like Excel, (SAP will be a plus)
