职位描述：
The role of the Manufacturing Accounting Manager is to ensure that plant and material costs for the Nu Sink China company’s products and services are valued and recorded according to corporate procedures and in compliance with local financial accounting standards. This position will China manufacturing the plant FP&A positions for related prepare plant and cost accounting reports for presentation to top management. They will gather historical plant cost data and product group data (materials, ingredients, packaging and plant operating expenses) to compare to budgets and forecasts with actual expenses and analyze various product standard costs.
？1. Coordinating the Accounting and Tax team in factory apart from managing FP&A of the factories.
？2. Timely contributes data and reports to Great China FP&A for onward preparation of Corp forecasts and reports.
？3. Effectively manage the budget and forecast.
？4. Perform weekly and quarterly rolling forecast.
？5. Analyze variances and trends, and provide improvement plans of cost control to top management.
？6. Develop financial awareness and understanding through simplified & focused business reporting, corresponds with the management team regarding any financial decisions that are made.
？7. Budget preparation process to ensure budget completed in time and accurate
？8. In Charge GC factory apart project and process measurements.
？9. Work with related departments for Finance issues.

? Analytical oriented and able to problem solve through data collection, analysis and presentation
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
? Ability to be adaptable and mange competing responsibilities and deadlines in a timely and efficient manner both as an individual contributor and managing team
? Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and able to negotiate resolutions
? Superior Excel, report writing, and ERP skills
? Ability to analyze and process and prioritize high volumes of information
