职位描述：
Job Description
- Ensuring proper maintenance of account books and routine work of finance division
- Ensuring income invoices are generated timely
- Reviewing / ensuring timely payment of utility bills, rent, salary, staff claims etc and other payments to vendors
- Ensuring all financial procedures and policies are implemented properly
- Ensuring monthly closing is completed in time and various month end financial statements are drafted in time
- Annual tax assessment required by tax office
- Preparing reports required by Finance Manager
- Preparing monthly statistics reports required by Statistic Bureau
- Coordinate / communicate with banks, external auditors, tax bureau and other government authorities
- Other duties assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 - 5 years experiences for Finance function
- Firm understanding of statistics, cost-related concepts
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Working efficiency in verbal and written English
