职位描述：
Job Title: Lab Technician, Powder Coating
Business Group / Unit: DSM Coating Resins
Reports to: Lab Manager


The Position
1. To provide product application test results (before and after sales) to sales, Technical Support Manager in APAC.
2. Implement various tests in application lab on request.
3. Accomplish maintenance of lab and relevant equipment.
4. Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to the DSM China procedures and DSM Taipei standards.
5. Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to DCR business.
6. Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
7. Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
8. Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
9. Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
10. If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to superior immediately.
11. Various requirements from different customers
12. Solid knowledge of the products/chemistry/engineer

The Ideal
1. Education Level： Bachelor above
2. On year above experience in the field of chemical application would be preferred
3. Good lab SHE awareness
4. Team cooperation ability
5. Knowledge： Major in Chemistry/Polymer technology
6. Workable English in reading and writing
