职位描述：
This job is to provide daily office administrative support to Managing Director and Greater China Latex Binder sales team located in Shanghai and Guangzhou office. The incumbent also needs to prepare sales contract/order for latex customers in the Greater China area (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan), communicates with customers, as well as backing up other OPs in Shanghai office.

Prime Responsibilities
1. Sales contract/order preparation, communicate with customers for contract signing/follow up
2. Provide daily office administrative support to business director and sales team
a) Arrange travels, plan itineraries, process traveling expense reports
b) Manage and maintain business director’s calendar, set up internal and external meetings
c) Important document management
3. Accommodation arrangement for oversea visitors, support SRT activities and backup support to other OPs


Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
BS degree in business administration or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. Experience of executive secretary is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with great attention to details.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft office and computer skills
Fluent spoken and written in English
