职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Develop and update site level EHS procedure.
2. Maintain legal register and update SEC applicable regulatory requirement to ensure SEC compliance.
3. Participate in EHS council, organize EHS subcommittee, and provide technical support to subcommittees.
4. Deliver EHS training and communication, maintain EHS training matrix.
5. Conduct EHS inspection and audit, annual program evaluation, FHRA audit. 3rd party compliance and AR audit.
6. Maintain EHS desk and ERS, regular report safety matrix, Environment matrix to global EHS. Maintain ERS compliance calendar, EHS project tracking, dashboards module, EHS desk RA, Ergo, CAR module.
7. Provide support to EMOC, ergo, RA subcommittee to deliver training and conduct assessments. Create CARs, identify risk mitigate opportunities and projects.
8. Coordinate 3rd party environment monitoring, Industrial Hygiene Monitoring.
9. Contractor work supervision, waste management including normal and hazard waste.
10. Track SEC EHS matrix and develop projects so as to meet PW 2020 goal.
11. Onsite Wastewater treatment station supervision, ensure discharge to meet local standard.
12. Incident investigation, DIVE review.
13. Liaison with EHS related government agencies such as Shanghai and Qingpu EPB, safety administration, firefighting bureau, etc.
14. EHS projects management wastewater treatment station, energy audit. V2500 environment approval, occupational health approval in local government.
15. Ergonomic knowledge to complete assessment.
16. Audit requirements to complete internal EHS audit.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related engineering, environment or safety management.
2. Above 3 year working experience in factory EHS engineering.
3. Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations, local or industrial practices.
4. Familiar with using MS office software.
5. Good English skills in reading and writing.
6. Self-motivation, independence with team work sprit.

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

公司目前拥有300名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
