Job Description:
- 负责公司办公室日常行政事务,包括收发传真、信件等相关工作
- 负责订水、包裹收发及与快递公司的联系
- 转接公司内部所有人员电话,接待来访客人做好事前、事后接待工作
- 每月初办公室费用,特别是快递费用的及时审核、确认
- 办公室物品文具的采购/管理
- 负责其它前台事务,协助必要的行政工作并完成上级交待的其他任务

Job Requirements:
- 大专以上在校生
- 较强亲和力、组织协调能力、人际交往与沟通能力
- 熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、等办公软件
- 办事细致耐心,较强的工作责任感,具有良好的沟通协调能力和语言表达能力
- 积极主动,有较强的团队精神及创新精神
