工作职责:
The Project coordinator directly help to support the work of the Project Managers. Together with the project manager, they are responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of projects for the innovation team.

The goal of the project is a complete overhaul of EIC five business lines contract and service process. It is a complex project that requires a deep understanding of all the different sales process, revenue recognition and sales commission for each business line. The project manager will need to interact with stakeholders from finance, operations, products and sales team in order to gather all requirements.

1) Coordinate projects, identifying resource requirements, defining deliverables, making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and support the integration of technical activities.协调项目，确定资源需求，定义可交付成果，制定完成目标的详细计划，并支持技术活动的集成。

2) Review project plans and proposals, then work with project manager to develop proper objectives; Identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project; Calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project.回顾项目计划和建议，然后与项目经理一起制定适当的目标；通过确定项目的阶段和要素来确定项目责任；计算时间框架和顺序项目的各个阶段。

3) Participate in the weekly project development team meetings to discuss project status, project resources, and other needs. Align a monthly milestone review with peers.参与每周项目开发小组会议，讨论项目状态、项目资源和其他需求。每月与同行进行里程碑评审。

4) Always have stakeholders best interest in mind.总是把利益相关者的利益放在心上。

任职资格:
教育背景要求/Education
A minimum of four years post-secondary education in a field either directly or indirectly business related.大学本科及以上学历或间接业务领域的工作经验。

从业经验要求/Working Experience
At least 1 years experience in the internet technology field, or the project management field.至少1年以上互联网技术领域或项目管理领域的工作经验。
