进出口专员和采购支持 I/E and purchase Assistant

1.公司采购订单和采购发票管理，合同付款。
Purchase order，invoice, payment management
2.负责公司进出口通关货物的单据制作、审核，以及安排货物运输、通关，退税等相关商务工作
independent in handling full set I/E shipping documents，arrange transport,customs cleanrance, tax rebate
3. 同海关、商检等部门保持良好关系，解决进出口过程中出现的突发问题
Maintain good relationship with customs, commodity inspection and other departments to solve the problems in the process of import and export
4.熟悉外贸业务流程各环节的衔接，保证业务顺利完成；
Familiar with the foreign trade business processes of the convergence of all aspects, to ensure the smooth completion of the business;
5.工作细致认真，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神
Be detail-oriented,quick-witted and have a good sense of team spirit
6.良好的计算机及办公软件应用能力
Efficient computer skills in MS office
7.良好的英文听，说，读，写能力
Proficiency in English(listening,speaking,reading and writing)
8.具备良好的职业道德素质，有高度的责任心和敬业精神
Be professional and responsible towards work
9.大学学历，国际贸易专业或英语专业优先
University degree preferable with international trade major or English major.
