Our niche industries in China are IT, Logistics and Supply Chain and others.

Job Description:

We are expanding in China and looking for Recruitment Consultant to service our accounts in Shanghai and also build our candidate database locally The person will work in a team of two in our Shanghai office and report to a Managing Consultant who is based in another city. Typical character traits of the person we are looking for – positive, full of new ideas, inspiring, professional, and well organized. Responsibilities:

The role requires significant interaction with clients and candidates which may be face-to-face or over the telephone.

Maintain strong relationships with current clients in Shanghai and touch with clients regularly to gather new positions for the company to work on

Building up pipelines of potential hiring companies as well as candidate base in the Logistics and IT sectors in Shanghai

Build a strong talent pool for meeting existing and future demands in the Logistics and IT sectors

Make cold calls to potential candidates

Reviewing CVs and Job Specifications – Ask questions when required

Find, conduct interviews and screening of the candidates to ensure they fit the requirements

Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients

Able to fulfil the performance targets/goals set by management

Conduct in-depth research for targeted companies and roles assigned

Staying updated on market trends and developments impacting the recruitment landscape for Logistics and IT Sectors in China

Requirements:

Prior 1-3 years of working experience in a Sales/Product/ Customer Service role

Degree or business information systems/technology/management/computer science/ engineering or equivalent

Excellent IT knowledge of operating systems, hardware and software such as Oracle

Knowledge on the China IT market development trends is preferred

Keen interest in recruitment industry and connecting with people in general

Good follow up skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Mature personality and requires minimal supervision
