职位描述：
Nautilus Food (Shanghai) company limited, a French, dynamic company established in China for about 15 years is looking for expending its business. To support our expansion projects we are looking for a Logistic Specialist for import & export of processed food.

Job responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Operating Director, the applicant would be:
？Responsible for coordinating logistic activity of our company at import & export (canned or frozen food)
？Collect export & import documents from suppliers, check before forwarding to clients
？Inform clients & answer their enquiries on loading situation time while solving issues that may appear
？Maintain our 2 stocks inventory up to date
？Organize weekly deliveries in China with our service providers
？Reception & sending of international courier
？Coordination with sales & quality teams to set up loading schedule efficiently by urgency & location
？Checking & certification of labels for import. Coordination with agent & CIQ for successful import
？Support administration by creating Debit & Credit notes, check service providers invoices and key-in in accounting system

Applicant profile:
The right applicant shall have below profile and proven skills:
？Chinese candidate
？University or college degree
？At least 2 years of experience in import/export logistic in a trading (canned or frozen food is a plus)
？Communicate easily in English with strong interpersonal skills
？Familiar with technical aspect of logistic & international trade.
？Ability to identify, anticipate and solve problems within time constraints
？Ability to stay calm & focused within a pressed working environment
？Team player, dynamic & result oriented
？Always favoring clients’ interest, dedicated to company & having strong ethic

Remuneration:
？6 000 RMB gross salary per month negotiable according experience & profile
？Mobile phone fees partly covered
？Social & one medical check-up per 2 years covered by company.
？Public holiday’s compensation on working days are offered by company as employee welfare (8 days per year).
