岗位职责：
--Assistant Function助理职能
1. 履行执行秘书的功能来帮助总经理完成各方面的工作，包括机密文件，会议资料的准备。
Perform executive secretarial functions to assist the General Manager in various business aspects, including confidential matters.
2. 编写和打印信件及备忘录，做好会议记录。
Compose and type letters, memorandum and take meeting minutes.
3. 为会议作翻译和翻译商业文件。
Interpret in meetings and translate business documents.
4. 收集各种国内商业信息并将收集到的信息编辑成月度报告。
Gather information from various internal business segments and compile monthly business report based on the information collected.
5. 准备董事会各类月度、年度的报表及年度董事会的安排。
Prepare the monthly, annual reports and annual meeting for the Board.
6. 为管理层安排约会、会议、和住宿酒店事宜。
Arrange appointments, meetings, travel and accommodation as specified by the executives.

7. 管理客户书面资料档案,市场调研以及客户交流.
Manage the written file system, market research and market communication.
8. 与现有和潜在客户及销售人员保持密切联系，支持业务运作。
Liaise with existing and potential customers, sales people, affiliate people to support the operation of business;
9. 分析评估市场和业务表现，给公司参考。
Evaluate and analyses market and financial performance of the business;
10. 收集整理市场信息，给公司及时反馈。
Collect market information and feedback.
11. 维护、更新市场报表，并根据要求建立新的报表，提出改进建议。
Maintain and update marketing report and database. Set up new report format according to the requirement and raise improvement suggestions.
12. 相关合同管理，包括合同移交，返还客户，合同记录，合同副本归档以及合同过期提醒。
Manage contract, including hand over the contract to the related departments, return it to customer, make record, keep the copy and remind sales representative to renew it.
13. 相关物料采购申请、验货和领料。
Be responsible for the purchase order, goods checking and material requisition.
14. 组织各种展览，研讨会议。
Organize all kinds of exhibitions, workshops and seminars;
15. 在公司对内对外的行政事务中扮演执行代表的角色，包括公司重要宾客与来访团体的接待及公司介绍。
Close coordinate with Sales & Marketing department. Act as the executive’s personal representative on internal and external matters of an administrative nature. Including the reception of important guests and visiting groups, company introduction.
16. 参加公司管理层例会，参与公司战略发展计划的拟定。
Participate in the company's management meetings, act as the assistant of GM for the development of the company's strategic development plan.

任职要求：
1. 学士学位, 主修英语、经济学、或法律专业尤佳。
Bachelor Degree, major in English, Economics or law preferred.
2. 至少二年以上外资公司总经理助理工作经验。
At least 2 years experience in foreign investment company, working for foreign General Manager.
3.良好的中、英文表达能力, 英语口语熟练。
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, especially for oral English.
4.能熟练使用Word, Excel, PPT 和Visio。
Master in Word, Excel, PPT, and Visio.
5. 正直、成熟，良好的人际关系。
Integrity, mature, good interpersonal relationship.
6. 性格开朗、独力工作能力强，能在压力下工作。
Open-minded and independent, can work under pressure.

In March 2003, SCIP SITA Waste Services Co., Ltd. (SCIP-SWS) was established as a joint venture between Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company and SITA. SITA becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Suez Environment since September 2008. Suez Environment, with a professional workforce of 161 000, is one of the largest environmental technology providers in the world. Suez Environment experts are transferring best practices and know-how in process engineering, operation and management.

2006年5月，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司顺利通过了国家环保总局的专家评审，是上海取得国家环保总局颁发的危险废物经营许可证的单位，处理能力为60 000吨/年，拥有2条回转窑生产线，SCIP SWS的目标是24小时的连续操作并向客户提供全年不间断的有效接收。

In May 2006, SCIP SWS successful passed the audit from the experts of State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and became the only one company who was certificated by SEPA in Shanghai. SCIP SWS operates a 60 000T/Y incineration plant with 2 identical incineration lines. Our goal is to provide 24 hours’ continuous operation and uninterrupted, year-round service for the reception of all acceptable wastes.

根据设计，工厂可以处理不同属性和包装的废料。为了保证完美无暇的服务链，一流的实验室以及特殊车辆的车队将作为焚烧厂的后盾。由于考虑到上海的排放标准以及施行力度都在迅速发展和提高，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司焚烧装置配备的尾气处理系统的设计标准是遵循欧洲标准，而不是目前中国国家标准。同时，处理装置还带有能量回收功能，产生蒸汽供上海化学工业区内的企业使用，从而减少了天然能源，如：天然气、煤、石油的消耗以及有害气体的排放，符合“循环经济”的发展理念。

The plant has been designed to treat incoming waste of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. To ensure a complete and seamless service cycle, the incineration plant is backed up by a first class laboratory and a fleet of special vehicles. Recognizing that the emission standard and degree of enforcement in Shanghai are improving and evolving rapidly, the SCIP SITA incinerator is equipped with an Off-gas Emission Control System designed to EU standards rather than the current national requirement in China. Meanwhile, our Energy Recover System helps reduce the consumption of natural resources such as gas, coal and oil, which is accordant to the principle of circular economy.

When commissioned in the middle of 2006, it will be the largest state-of-the-art commercial hazardous waste incineration plant in Asia serving not only occupants at SCIP, but also the booming chemical industry in the vicinity desperately in need of outlets for the industrial wastes that they produce.
