职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Optimize and promote the training system, effectively implement training procedure.
? Collect, analyze and evaluate the training needs by Qualification Matrix and make the training plan
? Update and implement the training plan
? Evaluate the training effectiveness
? Make the record for all training courses and make sure it meets requirements of management such as IATF, ISO9000, ISO14000, etc.
? Make the training contract for related trainees
? Make the training budget and control the training cost
? Select and evaluate the external training vendors, build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and
other relevant institution
? Follow up and maintain the Appraisal System. Monitor the KPIs and scoring criteria.
? Other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:
? University graduated in the field of HR or relative major
? 2~3 years similar experience in a foreign enterprise
? Good cooperation with other departments (Team player)
? Excellent communication skills
? Good Command of Mandarin and English (written & verbal)
? Good Command of Computer skills
