职位描述：
烘焙产品经理

主要职责：
1. 参与研发与执行创新的、有竞争力的且可持续发展优势的产品线，基于事业部相关战略制定其指定产品门类的策略，并与B2B和B2C，及销售团队协调合作以增强利润与市场份额；
2. 与销售、研发、各事业部协同定义现有和创新产品的门类；
3. 与研发等其他销售产品经理一起制作产品信息，并沟通产品门类的创新与内部培训。
4. 与销售一同拜访客户做产品展示；
5. 对于新的原料、工艺、概念与产品及实现的技术手段进行市场调研以开拓新的市场机会；
6. 观察指定产品的针对性市场与产品门类的利润与销售活动，以期达到指定销售量与市场有率，同时改进措施以增加利润；
7. 参与并协同采购、定价与销售部门一同定义产品线、底价及毛利。

职位要求：
1. 商务、经济、食品、营养等相近专业大专以上
2. 3-7年销售、市场、研发或产品管理经验，食品饮料行业
3. 沟通协调能力强、Excel、PPT等技能熟练
4. 英语良好


Product Manager-Bakery
Main Responsibilities:
1. Participate in developing and implementing an innovative, competitive and economically sustainable product line as well as portfolio strategy for the designated product groups based on the BU strategy for the improvement of the profit situation and market penetration in coordination with the product managers of the other B2B and B2C strategies, Sales and the executive manager.
2. Define product range selection of existing and innovative products in defined product groups in coordination with Sales, R&D, BU and the executive manager.
3. Elaborate product information together with R&D, RPD and PM for Sales, communicate innovations of the product groups and conduct in-house trainings.
4. Elaborate and conduct customer presentations together with Sales.
5. Conduct market investigations in order to find new marketing opportunities in regard to new raw materials, technologies, con-cepts and products and implement necessary measures.
6. Observe the profit development and sales activities of the designated products in the particular markets and the product groups according to defined KPIs (sales volume, total revenue, market share, etc.) as well as develop and implement measures for the improvement of the profit situation.
7. Participate in defining product lines and minimum prices (as well as price margins) in coordination with Sourcing and Pricing Desk and, if necessary, escalation with Sales and executive manager.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Graduate in business studies, food science / nutrition technology or the like.
2. 2.2-5 years work experience in Sales or Product Management.
3. Good communication and coordinate skills, good at PPT preparing and presentation.
4. CET-4
